M&A Fee Guide

In this issue’s survey, Firmex added more open-ended questions to learn more about the nature of the fees that merger advisors are using today and the thinking behind them. The more than 450 respondents, most of whom are senior leaders in their firms, were generous with their time and open to sharing their insights and experiences. Collectively, they offered many ideas that other advisors may find useful.
